Talk to Me Toddler
A 6 week online course designed to teach you to teach your toddler to talk in 5-10 minute lessons.
Your child has less than 50 words, is anywhere from one to three years old and:
Your child is not talking as much as their peers OR your child has typically developing speech and language but you’d like to be proactive and learn to support their communication skills as they grow
You want to empower yourself and learn more about how to help your child develop well-rounded communication skills
You want to help your child and you’re ready to stop messaging the mom groups on social media for advice or going down endless google holes
You want fun, functional, actionable tips and strategies to incorporate easily at home
You want to learn from the comfort of your own home, anytime time that suits you (with or without a glass of wine, snack… pants)
You want your spouse, parents, other communication partners to be able to watch and learn too so you are all using the same approaches
You want to engage your child in a way that makes you feel connected
You want to empower yourself and nurture your child’s development and you are willing to invest the time to do so!
You are looking for a quick webinar about speech and language skills to watch passively. Although easy to implement, this course is designed to take the time and energy required to make significant, long-term changes! We don't think such changes can be achieved in a single morning/afternoon, which sets us apart from other courses available.
You are looking specifically for a comprehensive speech-language pathology assessment or individualized treatment.
Flashcards and standalone apps don't work!
This 6 week course is comprised of 6 learning modules...
Each module addresses one of the key pillars of strong communication skills. When added together, these modules will help you help your child develop well-rounded communication skills. Each module contains 5-7 lessons; the lessons are comprised of an instructional video that includes multiple demonstrations as well as a home practice sheet so you can immediately apply what you've learned!

Yes. This course is designed to teach caregivers about the building blocks of communication skills and will be applicable to your child now and as they grow.
This course is designed for children at a certain level of communication rather than a particular age. If your child does not have 50 words and is not reliably combining two words together, it will be beneficial for you!
We recommended that you speak to your doctor and or pursue a speech-language pathology assessment. This course is not designed to assess and identify the presence of a delay or disorder. Rather, the goal is to teach you the skills you need to teach your child.
Absolutely! As speech therapists ourselves, we sometimes find it difficulty to cover ALL the content we want to, in terms of caregiver training, when the child is also present. This course provides an excellent foundation to the parents and can complement speech therapy- either before, during or after.
You bet. Many of the children we work with have an ASD diagnosis. As such, the course content includes a lot of information that is helpful to these families.
Absolutely. We say our course is 6 weeks long because there are 6 modules and people tend to complete it within that timeframe. That said, you can absolutely go through the course at your own pace.
We encourage you to watch the intro lessons in each module. After completing the check-in, if you are confident that your child has mastered the skills outlined, then you can skip ahead, if you so choose. We recognize that you are busy and want to focus on your main areas of concern. That said, all of our students so far have reported loving learning about their children's strengths and using information about these skills to help them build up skills that are more challenging. Remember: this is a comprehensive course. You won't have to b
